Hi Gentlemans! The long time promised JV-44 doras now released!

These skins tries to reproduce the red bellied doras of ' Platzshutzstaffel ' (Ground Protective Detachment) unit or commonly mis-referenced as
 ' Galland Circus ' or ' Papegeien staffel ' or sometimes ' Sachsenberg's swarm ' .
Sorry, guys haven't time to refine the whole skin, because overtiming every day and every second weekend and i am very frustrated, tired, can't focused
 to finish my design.

History:
In the early months of 1945, General Adolf Galland (who was fired out at this time by Goering, from the post of ' General der Jagdflieger ' ) visited in Hitler
at Berchtesgarden, and the ' Fuhrer ' provided freehand for him to organise a new experimental (jet) group. Gen.Galland organised quickly as possible and
erected the new jet group namely ' Jagdverband-44 ' or (experimental) Fighter Detachment-44 at Brandenburg-Briest near Berlin.
About that time, when the first Me-262's delivered from factory to Briest, the unit moved to Munchen-Riem AB.
Gen. Galland ordered a few propeller driven fighter to the unit to provide top cover for the jets, when they take-off and on landing approach.
(The Me-262 is have impressive performance at high altitude, but their engines reaction time/rate is too slow, the pilot isn't able to do any quick evasive
maneouver when on take-off and landing, so...fighter protection, ' umbrella ' is required...because the jets very vulnerable against surprise fighter attack...)
JV-44 unit received at least 4-5 FW-190 D, or the pilot called ' Dora ' , fighter interceptor for this duty...Galland ordered to Dora pilots about the followings:
...Take-off, before the jets, patrol in the airspace over the airbase, hunt down the lurking allied fighter bombers which was waiting for ' easy jet kill ' in
the area but no pursuit them,... then land at home base, when the jets reached their cruising altitude and speed... The procedure is the same when the
Me-262's back from their mission and flies in the flak protected ' approaching tunnels ' and request to landing rights...

About the FW-190 ' Long-nosed Doras...'
This new design only for ' Schnellsung ', or quick solution, said Professor Kurt Tank, the lead designer of type in Focke Wulf factory.( Tank waiting the
powerplant for his brand new design, the TA-152 high altitude interceptor wich was on pre-assembly status at this time.) The Focke Wulf finalised its ' quick
solution ' for luftwaffe ' altitude fighter request ' in the very end of 43'. The FW-190 A airframe was strenghtened and lengthened to accomodate the longer
in-line Jumo-213A powerplant.( Which was originally used for bombers...)This subtype was designated FW-190 D, and tested during the first half of 1944.
The Luftwaffe accepted in the early summer of 44'. On 1944 September the first Fw-190 D's arrived to frontal service, firstly to the III./JG-54.
This group lost his equipment and trained pilots 75 per cent at this time and retired to Oldendorf for re-equipment, and found themselves exchanging their
' Anton-8s ' for the improved ' Dora-9 ' version. ( The III./JG-54 in 44' Oct. transferred to Achmer and Hesepe for same duty like the JV-44 ' Platzshutzstaffel '
in 45'... for protecting the ' Kommando Nowotny' jet unit. )
The Dora series finally rectify the one abiding weakness of an earlier Focke Wulfs' -their performance at altitude. It was also some 40-60 km/hrs faster than
the older modell, but conserved the ' Antons' phenomenal rate of roll ! And with only two fuselage mounted MG-131 machine guns and a single pair wing root
installed MG-151 cannon, it was also more lightly armed...The fighter pilots dislike the type (...for its bomber engine and poor weaponry...), but these are
the first impressions only. Once the pilot became familar with the ' Langnasen Dora ', they were quite pleased with its outstanding performance and capab-
lities. Several top scoring ace flies this type until the very end, including Gerhard Barkhorn and Oscar Romm.
Only two, well known examples remained in the world but no ones are flyable condition. One in the Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio USA.( This was an
ex-JG-26 plane, D-9 subtype and surrendered its pilot to RAF forces at Flensburg. Later delivered to USA for testing evaluation...) The second one is more
intrest... Still in the Champlin Fighter Aces Museum in Colorado, USA. Wnr. 836017.( This was an ex-FW-190 A-8 Wnr. 174013, but rebuilt by Roland factory
in the March. of 45' for testing trials as D-13 standard. She is installed with TA-152 type Jumo-213 F powerplant, VS-10 wooden blades, turbocharger intake,
boosted ailerons and MK-108 cannon, throught the spinner...) Surrendered at Flensburg in May 1945 used by the last ' Commodore ' or commander of the
 JG-26 unit Major Franz Goetz.

About the D-11 subtype...
In the autumn of 44' when the new stronger Jumo powerplant is available, few prototipes modified (...' Anton-8/9 ' testbed prototypes, damaged, written-off,
 early ' A ' serie airframes reassembled/reconfigured for these tasks... ) in the Langenhagen factory to various ( D-11; D-12; D-13; D-15 ) subtipe.This was
common practice in the German Luftwaffe. These ' mules ' are assembled with the lattest, high tech.powerfull engines and avionics, and their ' lighter '
weapons reinforced more cannons too. Really few built only about twelve or less, but these machines are real ' beasts ' , their performance slightly lower
than the well known, TA-152 air superiority high altitude fighters, but slightly better ( from all aspect ) than the allied types...except the very late P-47N
and the P-51H modell. Very few tested under frontline service, about a some pair only, but these examples, assigned for special units for special duties
only, and used by higly qualified aces as personal aircrafts.( ...See the Champlin Fighter Aces Museum D-13 modell or JV-44 D-11 modell for xmple.)

I was used one of the Chompy's 190D masterpiece as base, for the authentical JV-44 Focke Wulf 190 D reproduction, and parts from Julio Junqueira, and
MR.Johnson's work, but over and over painted them, several times. New prop. shape for D-11 is by me and the red belly too. Really hard work to remap
the D-11 modell flat type canopy; deleting elements...because this (the lattest...) modell isn't viewable with 3Dz Studio!
This isn't the final version OK? Instead the public beta release only...
Feel free to mail me ( I'll respond as quick as possible) any comments please, or open new thread on the SIMHQ forum.
